This lamp is designed to fit standard, low voltage, MR16 fixtures. These advanced LED models have been thermally engineered to function in enclosed fixtures with an extra layer of security. The design allows for an automatic cool down that reduces lumen output when exposed to extreme heat (defined as the air temperature reaching levels of 125F). Furthermore, there is no change in color when lumens output is reduced and is overall recovered from the cool down.

The color temperature of this MR16 model renders a warm white color most popular in the cozy settings within your home environment such as outdoor walkways, perimeters, and entertainment areas.
